The Château de la Mercredière vineyard has been run by the Futeul family since 1979, and it is continuing on this great winegrowing tradition that was created in this place around 1337. The vines that cover a south-facing hill, on the right bank of the Sèvre Nantaise River are rooted there, their roots colonise the rock to produce sun-kissed grapes. The richest vintages will emerge from their harvest.
