In 1945, Pierre and Julien Landron gave the estate its winegrowing direction. The knowledge and use of new techniques meant they could develop their farm while still looking to improve the quality of their Muscadet.
From 1979, Jo Landron developed direct sales in France and overseas. The understanding and attention given to the terroirs of their vineyard would be the reason behind the biological conversion in 1999 and the biodynamic treatments practiced over the estates’ 8ha. The wine-making process separated by type of soil highlights the potential of the great terroirs and is the motivation behind the quest for recognition of a communal cru.
